| · 4-6 years experience in one or more of : Server Adminstration,Remote Monitoring Tools like HP OV, Unicenter, etc. |
| · Strong system administration skills on Windows NT/Win 2012/Win 2016/19 servers |
| · Usage of remote connectivity tools like Terminal Services, Anydesk, PC Anywhere, etc |
| · Enterprise Level Security patch management–Working knowledge of technical patching |
| · Enterprise Level knowledge of Active Directory, WINS, DNS |
| · Strong administrative skills on IIS servers |
| · Hardware knowledge and troubleshooting experience |
| · Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Resource Kit tools |
| · Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory architecture and all subcomponents including Directory Services, AD Security, AD Sites/Subnets, AD integrated DDNS, WINS and DHCP services. |
| · Intermediate level of AD replication concepts and troubleshooting AD iner-site/intra-site replication issues. |
| · AD User management/access management including permissioning. |
| · OU management including group policy administration. |
| · Perform software installation – Patch Management (perform patch installations, recover/escalate if problems encountered before/after the patch installations), responsible for co-ordination of implementation activities. |
| · Prepare Incident reports for all the business critical incidents and downtime |
