Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to assist our customers with inquiries, complaints, and support requests. You will be the face of the company and responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

– Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers.
– Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
– Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
– Follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
– Provide product/service information when needed.
– Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
