Voice Process(International and Domestic)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls or handle inbound calls to resolve customer queries or promote products/services.

  • Deliver clear and effective communication as per process guidelines.

  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.

  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and maintain call quality standards.

  • Update customer information accurately in CRM systems.

 

Non Voice(International and Domestic)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via email, live chat, or data processing tools.

  • Respond accurately and quickly, maintaining professionalism.

  • Update and verify customer data in company systems.

  • Ensure high levels of accuracy and meet daily productivity targets.

  • Generate simple reports if required.
