Non Voice(International and Domestic)
Handle customer queries via email, live chat, or data processing tools.
Respond accurately and quickly, maintaining professionalism.
Update and verify customer data in company systems.
Ensure high levels of accuracy and meet daily productivity targets.
Generate simple reports if required.
