Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Follow up on leads generated through various sources.
- Answer incoming calls from customers to resolve queries and provide information.
- Maintain a database of customers and update customer information as needed.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and sales.
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
